Description
Buy the V2029 Dress sewing pattern from Vogue. It’s perfect for an intermediate dressmaker. Dress, close-fitting through bust, has see-through bodice, split front band, long set-in sleeves with continuous lap opening, cuffs with button and loops. Contrast underbodice has spaghetti straps. Lined flared skirt attaches at midriff and has 3/8″ baby hem. Contrast sash included.

Suggested fabrics: Embroidered Lace, Novelty Sheers. Contrast 1: Charmeuse, China Silk, Crepe de Chine. Contrast 2, 3: Heavy Satin, Mikado, Taffeta. Interfacing: Lightweight Fusible. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or for shrinkage.

Notions: Thread. One 24″ (61cm) invisible zipper (adjust to fit), one hook and eye, 8″ (21cm) length of elastic cording (for button loops), four 3/8″ (1cm) buttons.
