Buy the Zoé Blouse and Dress sewing pattern from Atelier Scämmit. A blouse or dress with a V-neckline finished with concealed binding and a button placket. The short sleeve has a flared flounce. This fairly straight cut blouse can be made with or without sleeves and into a dress with an elastic waist.
