Buy the B6979 Jacket sewing pattern from Butterick. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Fitted, lined jackets have princess seams, concealed front zipper closure, in-seam front pockets, set in sleeves and length variations. View A has long sleeves. View B has 7/8 sleeves with pleat and button detail.

Suggested fabrics: Brocade, denim, gabardine, linen, wool blends. Lining: Lining fabric. Interfacing: Medium-weight fusible.
