Buy the B6960 Jackets sewing pattern from Butterick. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Lined jacket has notched lapel with a single button front closure, welt pockets, two piece long sleeves and a back vent.

Suggested fabrics: Crepe, gabardine, linen, poplin. Contrast B also in: Satin/sateen, silk. Lining: Lining fabrics. Interfacing 1: Fusible knit. Interfacing 2: Muslin.
Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.
Sizing: B5 (8-10-12-14-16), Y5 (18-20-22-24-26), which is approx. UK sizes B5 (6 – 12), Y5 (14 – 24) based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
