A 360-degree swivel arm lets you position your phone away from your vent for better airflow and easier viewing. And to top it off, this mount uses our SlimLink™ mounting system—powerful magnets and a UV-shielded anti-slip pad instantly grab hold of your phone in portrait or landscape. Adjust the viewing angle with a buttery-smooth aluminum ball head. This mount is strong enough for any kind of driving, off-road included.

  Available in standard or wireless charging models. With the charging model, the mount’s magnetic connection system ensures perfect charging coil alignment every time. That means more consistent and efficient charging and no more surprise battery outages.

  What’s the differences between Qi1 and Qi2?

  Qi2 certification allows enabled devices to charge at a blazing 15W.

  Qi2 also charges more efficiently and generates less heat.

  Our new Qi2 charging mounts also feature small aesthetic updates, backwards compatibility with all other PD mounts/cases, and a standard wireless charging output of 5W to non-Qi2 enabled phones.

  Vent Compatibility (both models)

  Can safely connect to heating/cooling vents that meet all of the following criteria:

  Straight horizontal or vertical blades (not curved or circular blades)

  Vent must be at least 63mm (2.5″) wide (vertical blades) or tall (horizontal blades)

  Blade depth must be between 7-23mm (1/4″ to 7/8″)

  Max blade thickness is 3.2mm (1/8″)

  Gap between blades must be at least 8mm (5/16”)

  Blades must be secure and not easily removeable

  Phone/case compatibility (both models)

  Works with any phone with a Peak Design Case or Adapter

  Also works with any MagSafe* phone or case

• In 2010, a fresh-faced, Minnesota-born, good-to-know-ya fella named Peter Dering went on a 4-month trip around the world. During this trip he learned that carrying a DSLR camera is a pain in the touchis. He returned to his San Francisco apartment and did what any responsible person would do: quit his nice job and spent 10 months designing a little thingy-dingy for carrying cameras. In May 2011 Peter launched that thingy-dingy (we now call it Capture) on a fledgling website called Kickstarter. It worked, and Peak Design was born. Peter started hiring friends, friends of friends, and random people he met at concerts. Peak Design got itself a little office in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood.
