Buy the S9487 unisex adaptive shirt sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Shirt has a traditional look to the front. All buttons are for appearance only, closures are hook and loop fastener tape for easy on and easy off dressing. The top two front buttons can open for a more casual look. Cuffs are functional. The shirt has a full back opening. There are options for short and long sleeves and the number of pockets you desire.
