Description
Buy the 8384 dress and top sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Shirt dress in a variety of lengths and hemlines plus cut line to make a top. All have collarless rounded neckline with 3 buttons at bodice front and can be made sleeveless or with short sleeves. Dress features a handkerchief hem in knee and midcalf lengths or a straight hemline to the ankle. Top features three quarter sleeves with small side slits.

Suggested fabrics: Stable lightweight to medium-weight fabrics such as: Batiks, Batiste, Challis, Chambray, Cotton Lawn, Cotton Types, Dotted Swiss, Eyelet, Gingham, Lightweight Denim, Linen Types, Pique, Poplin, Seersucker and Shirtings.
Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs fabrics or shrinkage.
Sizing: H5 (6-8-10-12-14) U5 (16-18-20-22-24), approx. UK sizes H5 (4 – 8), U5 (10– 18/20). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.
